About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Analyst with expertise in manual and automation testing to join our growing team. In this role, you ll ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions while collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities :Review requirements and technical specifications to identify gaps early in the development cycle.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Track, document, and report defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Perform root cause analysis to drive improvements in processes and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices and frameworks.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2 5 years of QA experience in software testing (manual + automation).
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Postman, JIRA, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect management.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
ISTQB / Six Sigma certification is a plus.
