What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start August 2025 and continue through the entire Fall term (i.e., through December) or into early Spring 2026, if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time, for most internships. Please consider before applying. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. Again, please do not apply until you know you can work 40 hours per week. This is required for external applicants. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

The People Content team is seeking a Graphic Design intern to join us in Austin, Texas. This person will be responsible for designing and developing content that brings our HR/People campaigns, policies, processes, and programs to life in memorable and meaningful ways. Supporting the business, this person will have a problem-solving mindset, a proactive/results-oriented approach, and a talent for generating creative ideas. What You'll Bring Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or related areaStrong understanding of graphic design, motion design, typography & branding principlesAbility to generate compelling ideas, problem solve, and achieve goals using design tools/softwareSkilled in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)Positive attitude with a bias for action/solutions, working well with others, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment
